Can I order in bulk for my school or youth group?

Yes, you can absolutely order our journals in bulk for your school, youth group, or any organization. We offer special bulk pricing and packages to accommodate larger orders. How does the shipping work?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $40. Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item has dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

What is your return and refund policy?

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. You can return your journal within two weeks of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original, sellable condition. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds until we receive the returned item in good condition.

Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held liable for delays or lost deliveries if the provided address is incorrect. If you are using PayPal or another payment platform, please double-check that the shipping address on your account is current and accurate.

In cases where the journal is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was not collected from the local post office or courier depot, we will refund only the cost of the journal, excluding the shipping charges.
